Every single time we go to ANY store Jack wants to look at the plants. He mainly likes outdoor plants and likes to plant them with Dad.
While at Walmart today he talked me into looking at all the plants. I told him he could pick one smaller plant out (thinking he'd pick a flower) and plant it with Dad later. We looked and looked and he wouldn't settle for anything until he saw this shrub! There were prettier ones and softer ones but this was the one he wanted so I gave in. He said "Dad wants this one!"
He's so silly. I've never known a kid to want a shrub over a toy or treat at the store! He didn't ask for one thing more and is excited to get it in the ground! (Dad was too tired last night darn it!)
