PB&J Time

Jack loves his PB&J sandwiches! Lately, when he wants a sandwich he'll tell me "I want a peanut butter jelly time" and then go to the cupboard and pick out some cookie cutters and I'll make it into shapes for him. It's a bit of a waste of the crusts but he has fun and it's something he does every day. :o)

Today he chose gingerbread men cookie cutters. When I told him to say cheese so I could take a pic, this is what he did. LOL

Fetch


I was shopping with Riley at Target today and wanted to get some bones for Bunny since she loves to chew. Right there by the bones was the perfect doggie shirt and I just had to get it. It's really self explanatory except that I would have had it read "Go FETCH yourself" instead of "Go fetch YOURSELF". You know, like FETCH off or what the FETCH. I'm just lovin' that word lately and it's better than saying the actual F-bomb. :o)

Bunny didn't mind the shirt at all but it's a little tight. Geeez, that was the XL too. I guess Miya gets the shirt! I'm sure she'll be thrilled.

Dogs


Mike decided to be nice and buy each of the dogs a new bed for Christmas. They both made use of them right away and were thrilled I'm sure. LOL

Now what to get the cats and the bird? :o)

Baking Cookies

Mike and I were talking the other day about spending quality time with each child and I was telling him he needs to do it more. He of course asked me "well what do you do with each child alone?"

I do plenty! Here's what Lexi and I like to do together. Cookies! If I'm ever in the mood for cookies I know Lexi will help me bake them and we have fun. Tonight we made a double batch of snickerdoodles since they're one of our faves. Around here if we don't make a double batch they're gone in one day!

I made her pose for this pic and she thinks I'm crazy. LOL

Reading

Jack likes to spend time with Daddy, doing what Daddy is doing. Here I caught them reading together on the couch and thought they looked rather cute so grabbed this pic. :o)
