Mike is almost finished putting the siding on our dormers and then he can finish the room! He did this all himself from start to finish. The one on the right needs a bit more siding and then it's complete. Then I will have to put him to work on our bathroom. LOL
I do think the house could use some shutters.....maybe this will be our Christmas present to each other. :o)

We finally got a fire pit! The first thing we did was make some smores. :o) Mike doesn't look to happy but he is. LOL Must have been that glass of wine that mellowed him out.
It was very nice to have this fire pit on the 4th of July......fireworks + smores = a good time! :o)

My patio tomatoes are doing really well! I already picked two of them and ate them in a pasta salad. Yummy!
Jack's cherry tomato plant is on the right. It has grown bigger than my other two plants and just started to flower. :o)

Mike took a few days off work so we could go spend some time with his friends in PA. They rented a cabin and wanted to try the kayaks. We ended up spending 3 hours floating down the river on a huge raft in a rainstorm! I had my beer so all was well. (J/K, I was holding Mike's beer so he could take the pics of me looking like a drowned rat LOL)
We had a nice day overall!
